Ponden Kirk And The Fairy Cave, Haworth, Yorkshire
Ponden Kirk is a crag of gritstone rock that juts out of the moorside and is believed to be the inspiration for Penistone Crags and the Fairy Cave, mentioned in Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights. Folklore says that those crawling through the cave at the base of the crag will be married within a year!
